Born and raised in the greater Seattle area, Taeya cherishes all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Business, with a concentration in Marketing from California State University-Fresno. She was awarded an athletic scholarship to ride horses for their division 1 team, achieving both academic and athletic all-American statuses. From a young age, Taeya was immersed in the housing industry. Her father has been an architect and builder in the PNW for over 40 years and her mother has been a top producing agent on the Eastside for 35 years. Tanya's love for homes and the impact that homeownership provides for people stemmed from watching them and the relationships they have cultivated.
As an agent, Taeya knows the significance of a home purchase or sale and seeks to optimize every clients’ investment. She is full service so you can expect that she is available 24/7, to answer any questions that might arise before, during, or after your transaction. Tanya loves her job and is an extremely outgoing and driven individual, who genuinely cares about every client, and every clients’ unique situation. Here is how she summarizes her business:
“I approach my business in real estate from an inner personal, family/person-oriented view, cultivating lasting client relationships by serving my clients with integrity and thoughtfulness. Driven by insights into the new tech age, I am able to market a home’s potential to multiple generational buyers. Passionate about people, I seek to optimize smoothness of transaction, your investments, while creating a memorable experience.”
Tanya has been fortunate enough to help a wide range of clients, ranging from low price points all the way up to multi-million dollar transactions. She believes that homeownership is a luxury, and every transaction should be treated as such. She feels that “the best part of her job is her amazing clients and that community and network of people she meets enriches and impacts her life in a way that no other job could.” She can’t wait to serve the community
