Eileen Stenhoff – Licensed Assistant

Eileen is my right-hand woman. She handles a multitude of tasks, including the preparation of marketing materials for listings, tracking buyer feedback, coordinating Virtual Tours, Home Debut, and Photo Gallery. She is our liaison to sellers regarding follow up and general listing inquiries.

Eileen is quite possibly the most important person in your life for the period from sale to closing. She ensures that all deadlines are met during the closing process; all parties are kept informed of procedures and prepares any additional paperwork if necessary.

For convenience, Eileen is also a Notary Public. Very convenient for those times when we need documents notarized…. and it usually happens at least once during a transaction.

Marilyn Borkowski – Office Assistant

Marilyn is our wizard behind the scenes. She ensures that the office runs smoothly and as intended. She is in charge of all the publicity for my listings in addition to soliciting buyers for my sellers. Marilyn makes sure that all advertising deadlines are met and is continually researching new ways of advertising to keep ahead of the curve and keep my listings on the top of the list!

Lori Larson - Buyer's Agent

Lori has been a part of our team for several years. She is an experienced agent. We are very lucky to be able to count on her knowledge and expertise. Lori usually assumes the role of Buyer’s Agent for us, she also will assist us with our Seller's when necessary.

His two gold medal winners taught me the mindset of focus and commitment needed to go for the gold.

The privilege of growing up on the Austrian ski slopes, leads to my passion for alpine touring and skiing. I often transfer that skill of confidence into life and business challenges.

Helping my clients and becoming their pathfinder, or guide, through the complexities of buying and selling their home is what makes my business so rewarding.

My husband and my daughter are the balance in my life. As an architect, he often lends valuable insights and advice. We live on 10 acres with room to enjoy our three horses, and opportunities to keep myself grounded following my landscape design hobby.
